Have you ever been in charge or part of a group that had to plan and then carry out the project?
While many hands can make light work, it is the usual people who get the work done. Sometimes, it is easier to just do it yourself.
That is what Jesus did, with only a few laborers. There are advantages to having just a few laborers: it streamlines the effort, leaves no questions of who is responsible for what and creates an all hands-on deck culture.
Harvesting LOVE is a people thing, not a program thing. It is up to us to prepare our hearts and homes and world to welcome Jesus. No one else will do the work. So, roll up your sleeves and get busy.
